S. C.We bought a house that was being sold through McCallum Marsh. They stood out from the first phone call where I initially spoke to Andrew. He was friendly & informative, giving me plenty of detail about the house we wanted to view. We had the viewing with Sally, again very friendly and professional, not rushing us or pushing us at all during the viewing. Eventually we decided to offer on the house which was accepted. Where a lot of Estate Agents will then drop you to focus on the next sale, Sally was involved from viewing to completion, checking in regularly all the way through. We had an issue with our buyers solicitors & Sally worked with us and our own Estate Agents doing all she could to get the sale over the line and completed on the target date. Overall Sally went above and beyond which is what you need through a traditionally quite stressful experience. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend McCallum Marsh and we will certainly consider using them to sell our own house in future.
