B. D.Thanks to the team at MCL, they were able to put up our guys in a great house. The guys are all comfortable and happy which means we are. Managed to sort out a few niggles with no issues whatsoever.

P.Had an unexpected leak in the flat and it was past office working hours, but having no choice rang the emergency line, they logged the call, but then we had a call form Siobhan, who went above and beyond to reassure that leak will be okay and won’t damage the property or get worse, she gave pointers, and also tried to find someone ASAP. The earliest was next day, which was fine as we managed to contain the leak. She has been so amazing, and went an extra mile ensuring that plumber showed up and even followed up the next day.
What a professional service, so accommodating and so amazing! And that’s not even the first time she has helped us. Words can’t thank enough Siobhan for her professionalism and care she shows for customers!
A. M.Outstanding agents who are really on top of their game. We have a completely worry-free experience now that our rental properties are with them as they always act professionally and their communication is always excellent (unlike our previous agents, a recognised High Street name, who were abysmal on the Commercial side). MCL also have a very good handle on the law regarding residential lettings and our tenants seem happy with the service too, which is important to us. My guess is that any negative comments should probably be taken with a large pinch of salt and that tenants who respect and abide by the agreement they have signed should never have anything to worry about.
