I would like to post this review in order to help others. We recently sold a house through 'Radhod's' and I must say that Mukesh Rathod's service was exceptional. Throughout the whole process which also includes Covid-19 lockdown, Mukesh bhai kept going and worked hard to finalise the sale. He was constantly in touch with the buyers, their solicitor, our solicitor and us, keeping us informed of the progress at every stage. I can not imagine us going through without his support. Therefore, from Acharya's and Shukla's I would like to thank you for all your hard work and support. For anyone in hunt for a home ‘RATHOD’S’ Estate Agents is the one. We are residing in one of the properties at Leicester, from the last 6 years, since 2014 till date, and the service we receive from Rathod’s is truly outstanding. Mr. Vijay Rathod and his team made getting settle for us beyond easy. The very first year the property door’s and windows was switched with a new modern one. Later when our Son was born in the year 2016, we spoke to Mr. Vijay Rathod about getting the rooms fitted carpet changed, he being a good listener was very thoughtful and supportive and got all the rooms a new carpet. Recently this year (2019) we had some issues with our main door lock, and even though it was the weekend Mr. Vijay, speedily reacted by sending someone to repair the door that very same day. Also, this winter there was maintenances carried out on the property and the house got a new insulation to keep the property much warmer. Furthermore, considering the monthly rent, Mr. Vijay has been very kind-hearted and understanding to our family circumstances and has been very reasonable with the yearly rent enhancement. Rathod’s is undeniably the finest letting agency we have ever heard of, or experienced so far. Mr. Vijay Rathod has always been extremely helpful and quickly responds to any queries or difficulty that we have. My family is truly very grateful for his hard work and co-operation, and further we would certainly and highly recommend ‘RATHOD’S’ for anyone who is looking for a good, clean and well-maintained property (Buy or Let).
