Throughout the past several months, RB Gates has been there every step of the way. They have always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. After initial consultant I was confident to allow my property to be marketed with the team. I gave them a profile specification of my ideal tenant and to my surprise all my requirements were met and surpassed. My apartment was let within the space of 10 days with all the credit and reference checking and deposit protection.
