I’ve been with Readings Property Group almost 5 years this August. These were the best 5 years of my life. I moved into the property (from my parents house to living alone) and I was a little scared, but Readings helped me transition very well. I was able to call them or email if I had any question (even the small silly little questions) and they got back to me really quickly. All the ladies were very polite and helpful. If something was wrong I’d report it and the next morning someone would be around to fix it. I had to move out as I now have 2 children and the property was only 1 bedroom. I moved out 4 days ago and I’ve already received my deposit back. Overall extremely satisfied. Hope to rent from you guys soon x

Right from the initial valuation carried out by Sean Rushton, to the escorted viewings carried out by Jane Court. I had a choice of buyers and was guided and advised on which offer to accept based on Readings due diligence processes. I was kept informed by Abby at every point of the process. The best estate agent i have ever had by far! From start to finish renting from Readings was very easy and communication was simple and accurate. Readings called me before they had even put a property that i was interested in came on the rental market which turned out to be the house i lived in for 3 years. The team in Leicester are all so efficient and professional in particular Abby who also has a very high level of tact and diplomacy. We were looking for a local company to carry out a home survey for us, after getting through to Peter to talk through our options, he spent a good 20 mins talking through which report might be best for us. I initially asked for a full survey but after looking at the property online whilst on the phone, Peter recommended the cheaper HomeBuyer report would adequate. Peter carried out the survey for us and rang that evening to talk through his initial thoughts and observations. We explained what our intends were with the property and therefore which elements of the report would be effected. After reviewing the report with my wife, we decided to renegotiate based on Peter's report, his valuation and recommendation of repair work needed that were unforeseen on initial viewings. We successfully managed to renegotiate to Peter's valuation which saved us £12,500 on the initial offer price. I would recommend Peter and his company. Personable, professional and despite undertaking during a extremely busy time, on time.

We bought from Readings and they were brilliant. Abby on sales was fantastic, answered our calls and went beyond what anyone could expect. The second time we viewed the property, we met the main man who owned Readings and subsequently have spoken to several of their staff. Everyone at this estate agents are very professional. We viewed at late notice and they were willing to work until 7 pm to let us spend time making our decisions. If I ever sell this property, which I won't, I would definitely give them the work. Joseph at Readings is amazing and comes highly recommended, As a first time buyer house buying processes can be very confusing but Joseph helped me through step by step and answered all my questions very promptly.
