Had a great two years living in Albion street with Reliance Properties, it feels quite sad to finally move out. I just had Elliot as my property manager for a few months before leaving, but even in that short time he managed to leave a great impression on me. He is particularly very professional, kind and helpful, he answers email and inquiries promptly and politely, and really does his best to help us with the process of moving out. Alex, Niraj and Faiz, also helped me a lot during my very first time moving to ensure easy and quick application process. All team are professionally trained to respond to any inquiries from tenants, during the process of starting a new contract, continuing them, and for any emergency or maintenance issues occur. Highly recommended!

I rented a property with Reliance Properties 2 years ago and so far they are the best agency I worked with. Yes, I did have some maintenance issues which needed to be resolved and they did look into it although it wasn't straight away and it took them couple of days to send someone out (but you can't really expect anyone to deal with an issue the moment it occurs). Overall I found them to be very professional. I was even ready to pay 1 month extra for rent (due to the error in my calendar, what an embarrassment) and they could've just take the money off me but they didn't! Instead they just laughed it off and after my tenancy contract was up I had my deposit back within 2 weeks in full amount. Just wish they'd have more to offer in LE5 area.
