This a small family agency and while the services can be questionable sometimes but in the end things do get sorted. We did not find the property we wanted but we got our holding deposit back . Neil was quick to response and polite. So please don't rush to write an emotional negative review just because you did not like the desired outcome . From day 1 everything was simple from the viewing of the property to completing the application and finally collecting the keys to the property. The whole process from start to finish took around 2 weeks which is brilliant considering there was a delay in getting a reference from our previous landlord. Reviews here are really mixed but I personally didn't have any problems. All my paper work was completed within a week and the flat was mine to move into. If you're a professional and your paper work is all in order then they help you get the flat you want as quickly as possible. All the paper work is clearly explained. Vee and Neil responded to all my queries (both email and phone) quickly and adequately.

We are very happy with this agency. Even if we didn't have references from the previous landlords, Kasia and her colleagues were very nice to help us with a place to stay. In few days since we contacted them we were already installed with the contract signed. Also the bed was broken and they changed it for us with a new one free of charge in less than a week.

We had to pay 6 months in advance and our flat was not clean, but that was because we needed it ASAP and so we told them, so we saw the flat on Friday and we were given the keys on Monday. If you are ready to pay and need to enter a house, these guys will try their best to help you! Also I had some trouble and they helped me with all of them, as well as with contacting water and energy suppliers. I don't have any bad thing to say about them.
