I came across Kal and Shonki Brothers whilst googling places which auction house to sell my rented property in Leicester. From my first initial call to the after the sale of the property the customer services I have received from Kal and the team at Shonki Brothers has been impeccable. Kal has very personable demeanour, he is highly professional and when I met him he stepped through all the stages of the process. As you can expect I was quite nervous in selling a property at auction as I have never done so or been to one and the only clue I had was watching Homes Under Hammer on BBC! Kal met me at the property once, and took all the pictures and videos and measurements. From then he put me in touch with a proactive solicitor, who prepared all my legal pack quite quickly. I was kept in touch with the office via Harjit and Marlis and they are a testament to the organisation as they were very professional, tentative but also very warm and welcoming on the phone. Through all the stages of the process I was kept informed and Kal personally called me a number of times just to advise on the viewings that had been arranged and next steps. The auction was on April 21st and Kal was amazing whilst auctioning my property. I watched it on the Live Feed at home with the family, and Kal showed why he was the one to be trusted with my property. Kal spoke with confidence to the bidders, was very calm but with energy and passion and was able to achieve a very favourable price for my property. This was all within 4 weeks, I met Kal on the 22nd March and the property was sold on the 21st April! Thank you!
