Thank you Emma at Spencers Blaby.. what can I say? She has kept me appraised from start to finish on the sale of a property which is 80+ miles away from where I currently live and has had its challenges along the way. Nothing has been too much and for every question I have raised, Emma was always willing to go the extra mile and advise on all the information required. As a seller I have no doubt been very annoying, however Emma has always been friendly, polite, understanding and very diligent and professional which created for me the perfect package. Having had dealings with several estate agents over the years, I was extremely pleased with the service provided by "Spencers". They were one of the most helpful companies I have come across. In particular I would like to specifically thank Alana and Ruth of the Blaby office as they went over and above general service levels in helping my aged father who found everything a little overtaxing. They remained calm, caring and still efficient. Going out of their way to make the process as easy as possible for an old man.
