Was seen by Paresh Patel. Very kind and professional. Loved working with him and was always informative which was ideal for me as I am a curious person and new to the property ladder. I have previously spoken to other Mortgage brokers but decided to go with Paresh Patel as he had in depth knowledge of mortgages and insurances. Was not forced or pushed to take on particular services like other mortgage brokers tend to do. Paresh guided me well and made sure I had the best offer available. Furthermore, he was still in contact with me throughout the whole purchase process even though he had completed his part of the process. Lastly, he was understanding of my circumstance as I was in a rush to get a property in a specific amount of time. Therefore, he worked in a timely manner to submit the mortgage offer and constantly checked up on the lender for feedback. Overall, I felt that Paresh Patel was dedicated to his work and has a true passion in what he does. He has years of valuable experience and would definitely be able to advice anyone, no matter which stage you are at. I bought a property through Spencers and found them very friendly to deal with. They helped me manage the sale by liaising with and chasing solicitors! Ellie and Vinny were great, with Vinny finding a really good mortgage deal for me, which went through with no fuss. Vinny was particularly indispensable for helping manage the sale with the mortgage provider and solicitors, keeping things moving and giving at least weekly progress updates. This has been the 2nd time seeing Vinny about our mortgage and I couldn’t be any happier with the service that I received . With having a new born baby finding time to discuss all the documents was hard but Vinny always asked what time/dates suited us, if he could hear our little one in the back ground he always asked if she was ok and if we wanted Vinny to call back later . Due to the pandemic everything was spoken about over the phone, any questions we had vinny was always at the other end of the phone to answer the questions.
