I approached The Property Fox for a valuation & quote to sell my property, I was a little hesitant as I had never really heard of them. I had also got quotes & valuations from what I considered to be 4 of the better known Estate Agents. I am so happy I went with The Property Fox; they may not come at you screaming bells & whistles, but they do the job you ask them to do, plain, simple & very efficiently. Michael was very professional when he came to visit. The board was up the day after I signed up, within 2 days of my property going live on Right Move, I had 10 viewings booked in and within 2 weeks, I had accepted an offer. I had a lot of issues selling my property, due to the complexity of buying the freehold on it at the same time. None of this was down to the Property Fox, but throughout they were totally professional, helpful, patient and a God send with helping to keep my buyers happy. I really would like to say a huge Thank You to Jesse, who called at least once a week and kept me informed throughout. Excellent service! Cannot recommend Property Fox highly enough!! Having found the house of our dreams, we were very worried when faced with having to sell our existing property as quickly as possible in order to secure our purchase. We needn’t of worried. John had our property photographed, listed on Rightmove and sold all in a little over a week. In the end we had so much interest John held an open day and we were able to pick from a selection of potential buyers. Having never sold a property before we were complete novices in the process, but John went out of his way to go through all aspects of the transaction and discussed any queries or concerns we had. I’d like to write this testimonial to place on record just how pleased a friend of mine has been with John Ghent of the Property Fox when he sadly had to sell his mothers house following her death. We all know what John is a specialist in deceased estates, and it was hugely refreshing for me to be able to confidently recommend John to Martyn when he told me that his mum has passed away and that the family had decided to sell the house. From initial contact through to selling the house, Martyn said that John was easy to deal with (even though it was a very complicated situation) and John went above and beyond when it came to dealing with solicitors with regards to the Will etc. Added to this, was a family of 7 brothers & sisters some of whom just didn’t get on! The people in the office were also very good and problems were sorted before they even become an issue. John would always return a call if he missed one, and this process ended in a very positive way through a quick sale and a happy client. I am currently selling my house on Ivanhoe Street through The Property Fox. I had seen their boards all around my area and knew that they were selling a lot of properties nearby so decided to ask them for a valuation - from that moment on, I was sold. I could not have hoped for more from an estate agent. Most importantly, they sold my house, for full asking price, in a week and a half. They have continued to work so hard for me, keeping me informed every step of the way, ringing solicitors, and other estate agents so that this process is as smooth as possible, something that has taken so much stress out of moving, as I work full time. Having never sold a house before, I was unsure as to what would be important to me, but something that has really stood out that I am so grateful for is that everyone I speak to at The Property Fox is lovely. When I don't understand something, they take the time to explain it clearly and with out patronising me, when I am frustrated (mainly with the bank!) they listen to me rant. Anything that I have needed, or asked, they have done as quickly and efficiently as possible, including things like going over the valuation report for the house I am buying with me, a service that is not in their job description but something they offered to do to support me in this process. When I talk to my friends and colleagues about my experiences with The Property Fox, it is clear that they have provided me with the best advice and support that I could have hoped for; if I do ever need to move again, I would not use anyone other than The Property Fox.
