Wow! Shannon is absolutely amazing. Always going to the ends of the earth to provide excellent customer service to help us. Very compassionate with the students who are reserving. All the staff at Westmanor overall are so good. I’d definitely be staying here for the rest of my degree and have already told all of my friends about this company and they have already scheduled viewings. Thank you guys again!

This is the best building i’ve lived in and it gave me an excellent student experience. I have rented with them for two years. The Westmanor london road office is so lovely and always ready to help. Ami Cunningham most especially has always been so helpful, understanding and gives excellent customer service. She always resolve any maintenance issues I have with heist, she also always very responsive and an excellent finance & maintenance manager.

My experience with west manor student living has been excellent, with any issues/maintenance problems being sorted very easily and efficiently, especially by Shannon who works at the London road office, where I had an issue that was solved almost immediately by her. I would strongly recommend tenancy with them and has been my best experience with a company in Leicester so far!

Have been with Westmanor for 3 year of my uni. first 2years in the Evans and last 1 year in the upper king street. Houses are nice, spacious and clean, and I have had wonderful experience with them and they were always responsible in any situation. Staffs are always nice whenever I call them. I stayed in Queen Elizabeth Apartments which are a lovely set of new-build apartments. Westmanor are quick to reply to any emails and queries and are always willing to help. If anything needed doing or fixing in the apartment they sent someone out quickly to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend Westmanor.

The pandemic really affected our family and as a result we were no longer able to move to the property we had rented. As in the contract the only way to get out was a tenancy takeover. My son signed up with Westmanor Student Living and was so very happy and excited to have secured such a high standard of accommodation however a few weeks later changed his mind about studying at De Montford University. Due to the terms and conditions of the tenancy agreement we were bound to the contract and responsible for payment unless a replacement tenant could be found. Jess Lee of the London Road Branch could not have been more helpful, she showed sympathy with our predicament and acted with such extreme efficiency and professionalism in finding a replacement tenant, keeping us informed along the way and arranging for my son's deposit to be refunded. We were charged a £25 replacement fee which was a small price to pay to be released from a tenancy agreement. I cannot thank Jess enough for her professionalism and my experience of Westmanor is nothing but excellent which is so refreshing in this day and age!

Through this year's accommodation experience, I am very satisfied with their efficiency and service.The staff of Westmanor were very warm and friendly to receive me and helped me to solve the problem in time, even during this Covid-19.What impressed me most was a manager named Sarah, who helped me solve the problems caused by the Covid-19 smoothly.Whenever something broke in the apartment, the staff came in time to fix it.Therefore, I think this is a great property management company!

I have worked as a contractor for Westmanor for over ten years now and i must say they are one of the best student lettings firms i work for, especially with their current members of staff and management. There are some negative reviews on here, but please bear in mind they are agents, working on behalf of building owners/landlords. They are the 'middle men'. Some of the issues may be down to the landlord/building owner. Having said that, i have noticed a change in some of the landlords approaches in dealing with issues. Its not the fact that an issue may arise, it is how that issue is dealt with that counts!
