I. C.Firstly, Helena came to discuss the sale of our property and we found her very well informed and incredibly professional. She knew exactly how to market our property and we asked her to proceed. Within 2 hours of our house going live, we received a viewing request and within a few days, we had 3 viewings and 3 offers. Our sale was then dealt with by Owen. What a great guy, young but very knowledgeable and full of enthusiasm and professionalism. Sadly, our sale fell through but Owen arranged another 2 viewings and within 24 hours of losing our sale, we had re-sold with another 2 offers, we have now exchanged.

C.It was a bit annoying that we didn't have the same mortgage advisor all the way through, as our first one left the company on us, then we had a second to finish off the purchase which never happened, but when we pulled out of that purchase and jumped into another one we ended up with Morta Kazenaite who was brilliant.
We just wish we could have had her as our mortgage advisor from the start as she was really proffesional, knew what she was talking about and got things done quickly.
If we hadn't have had Morta as our mortgage advisor, and had just had the other two then we would have left 2 stars, however with how great she was its 5 stars all round.
