C. M.Very friendly staff and fast message responses on the group chat. Lovely properties. Extremely slow maintenance responses both on the online portal and after it has been highlighted in the chat. We had to wait several months for running hot water in the bathroom because they didn't believe us when we said it ran cold. Luckily for us it was summer. No issues with deposits though and very convenient key pick up and drop off.

A. R.Cloud were amazing to live with in our final year. Despite searching for a house late in the year (April/May) we still managed to find a beautiful, clean house. Whenever we had issues, they were quickly resolved, usually within a day or two.
All contractors followed covid regulations and we never felt unsafe or unhappy with the service!
Cloud would always chase up the landlord if there were ever any issues with the property, our only issue was when we moved in and there wasn't a bathroom which the landlord didn't let Cloud know, however this was quickly resolved.
It was very easy to get in contact with the agency via WhatsApp, meaning we could let them know at any hour rather than working around office times.
R.Had an absolutely wonderful year renting my student house from Cloud. Incredibly responsive and kind and always go above and beyond for myself and my housemates. The care and passion they and the landlord have is simply unmatched and so so visible in their love and care they provide for the property. Can’t fault them in any way, absolutely recommend for all students looking to rent in Lincoln!
