We made the decision to choose an established "bricks and mortar" estate agent and we are very pleased we did. Our sale between offer to exchange took 5 months! This was entirely due to the total lack of communication by online "conveyencing factories" at the bottom of the chain. The team at Fine & Country, especially Danny Whitworth, worked above and beyond what was expected of them in order to complete the long and arduous conveyencing process that transpired.
