He was patient and understanding with our questions and he focused on our needs, sending us property after property until we found the right one. Whenever we couldn’t get hold of Jay specifically the rest of the office were more than happy to help and we always felt looked after.
We’ve had some poor experiences with other Lincoln estate agents but Haart were amazing from start to finish and we will be dealing with them in the future.

They were always willing to arrange viewings around other viewings that we already had in place, even at very short notice. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble for them and they always responded quickly to telephone messages and emails. All the staff we spoke with at the office or saw at the viewings were knowledgeable, polite and very professional. Special mention for Benjamin Fuller who we usually spoke with at the office but also kept in contact with us and sent regular emails of properties which would meet our list of requirements. I would definitely use haart estates and lettings again if we needed to either sell or buy a property in the future.

S. L.A mixed journey. Early dealings were very good and efficient. Our house was listed very quickly and the marketing material was very good. Plenty of viewings and an offer from a cash buyer accepted after 4 weeks. However none of the offers were in the recommended price range and I’m unconvinced why estate agents advertise a price range. From accepting the offer the flow of information was very poor - on many occasions we considered putting the house back on the market as we doubted the credentials of our “cash” buyer. However, two months after accepting the offer, information started flowing from Rachel (Move Manager) which was a great improvement. Overall, a mixed service which seemed to stop when we accepted the offer but eventually improved.

S. W.For the first time in many many years I needed to rent a property, not only in an area that was completely unknown to me, but using agents that I had no previous experience of. Hence I opted to drop into the offices of as many agencies in Lincoln that I could practically manage, to introduce myself, explain my needs and to get a feel for what properties they were currently advertising and also those they hope to have available in the near future. I spread my search widely and called into 8 agencies and was particularly satisfied with the greeting, time and information I was provided with by 3 agencies. These 3 were particularly realistic and reassuring, providing a sensible amount of information in response to my questions and also very useful guidance on aspects that I had not specifically requested but which was very relevant to improving my chances of locating and being offered the lease of a suitable property.
It so happened Haart Estate Agents (which was one of the 3 very best agencies) had a property available that I had initially discounted, however Daniel highlighted aspects that on reflection possibly would match my requirements and offered a viewing at short notice later that afternoon. I am very pleased to report that within 2 weeks of the viewing we have completed referencing and signed off on the lease. This would not have been possible without the professionalism and support provided both by Daniel for the viewing but also Jakub who steered us through the complete process. MUCH APPRECIATED AND VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

Only problem we had was when we arrived to view the property there was no one around to show us the property. Spoke to Ryan who was very helpful however and managed to get it sorted within a couple of hours but would appear they booked us in on the wrong date. Quite frustrating when we had driven up from London to the view the property. That said, was only a minor problem as we had other properties to view anyway and since then the service has been top class.

Forget the others. Elliot met us at the property suitably masked up and showed us around - he obviously knew the vendors and the property. We made up our minds almost immediately over a meal at a restaurant in the village. Quick call to Elliot and our offer was accepted within an hour of viewing.
Elliot is the only person from Haart that we met face2face, our main contact then moved to Nassia who maintained contact between us and the vendor as well as three sets of solicitors.
Short story made long - Haart Lincoln helped make a potentially stressful period much easier.
