We originally chose Kinetic for a valuation after seeing so many positive online reviews. We were immediately impressed with Nina's knowledge, friendliness and valuation. We sold quickly and although the sale fell through weeks later, we were sold again that same day, due to their quick response. All through the process we were kept well informed, mostly by the fantastic Jo. She would keep in touch with every person in the chain and all their solicitors. We cannot thank Kinetic enough for getting us to completion today. If you are looking for an agent who is going to be on your side and support you from day one, then look no further. Kinetic valued in the middle and seemed genuine, interested and down to earth. Being personable is the best sales technique. Others could learn from them. Matt valued the house and we were also shown round some possible purchases. No over selling. Jo helped us through our sale and I couldn't be more thankful. Our purchase was a private sale and she kept a track of everything with our sale/purchase and kept the process moving. Up for sale and in new house within 3.5mths. Side note - when I called to speak to someone and they weren't there, I got a call back! Rare thing! So thankful to the team.
