My house purchase was trickier than the norm and it would have probably been a whole lot more difficult if it wasn't for Danielle from Martin & Co. She was actually working on the seller's behalf but always went over and above and did everything she could to keep me informed and move things along, unlike my solicitors, who I was actually paying - to do very little! I have been in my beautiful property for just over a year now and have no intention of ever moving again, however, I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Martin & Co.
