This was our first experience of renting for many years. We have been extremely impressed with the management by Mundys from the first viewing through to the return of the deposit. Intelligent use of Apps and IT eased inspections and maintenance was efficiently dealt with. When needed, courteous staff were always available by phone. Highly recommended.

We rented a property through Mundys in Lincoln, very happy with the service from Mundys, when we moved out, Jack from Lincoln Mundys came and did our checkout inspection, he explained to us what all the process was, how long we would be waiting for landlord to also do their inspection, they were both very happy with the condition of the property on our checkout inspection and we received our full deposit back in the time stated by Jack, excellent customer service, would definitely recommend Mundys.

Mundys' agency team is great; my partner and I saw such a difference in the levels of organisation from our previous agency. `PropertyFile' is also a great way to manage maintenance issues and view other tenancy-related documents. We have only been with them for a short period so far but they have been very attentive. Maintenance is good too, however, we have been waiting a while since move-in to fix our shower/water issues. Nonetheless, I appreciate it is an extremely busy time of year and this is a property-related issue. Communication is still good. Mundys has definitely been reliable so far - thank you! During my tenancy both the landlord and everyone who I communicated with at Mundys was very helpful, any maintenance issues were responded to and resolved quickly and painlessly. The entire process from applying for, to terminating the tenancy was dealt with quickly and professionally with no issues at all.

As a landlord, we used Mundys to manage our property for a number of years until we recently sold our house in Lincoln. Throughout the length of the tenancy we found them responsive to any issues raised by the tenants and good at keeping us informed as to what was going on. Their agency fees are competitive and they've been proactive in terms of updating us regards changes to legislation and tenancy law. They were very good at managing the end of the tenancy, with Jack in particular providing much helpful assistance.

I haven't really got anything bad to say about the team there. My partner and myself rented our first house coming out of uni with them, the team were prompt with any maintenance issues we had, and reasonable when it came to the end of our tenancy. At the end of the day a letting agent has to be the voice of reason between a landlord and their tenants, so people having a go at Mundys for something their landlord is ultimately in control of is a bit unfair. All in all we're happy enough with their service.

Just signed a tenancy agreement with Mundys. I am not currently living in Lincoln so had a limited time period for viewings which they were very receptive to. Mainly spoke with Sam who is very professional, friendly and informative. I appreciated how video tours were immediately available for the properties I was interested in. Only negative I encountered - the property I applied for was not first-come-first-served so had a couple of nervous days to wait before hearing if it was successful but otherwise the tenancy has been organised quickly and efficiently

Was a tenant for a year with them and everything was easy and always kept you informed, i had a poor credit and no guarentor and was still able to get the property, all the staff was easy to deal with, and the maintenence i did have was done quickly and convenient to me, when i left the property it did take them some time to do a property check and a bit of short notice to fix any issues that arose, but managing this and cleaning any missed bits at the property i was able to get a full return of my deposit which only took longer than necessary due to the landlord not confirming anything, would definitely use mundy's again if i was to rent a property again!

Very useful for the move in and move out procedures. Only drawback is that the team needs chasing for maintenance issues (but this is often dependant on contractors and the landlord).
