We have a number of rental properties in Liverpool, and over the years always had issues with agents - until we found Bespoke. Thank goodness we did: they deliver. Plus they are nice people, so it's always a pleasure too. What's not to like?

I was very fortunate to have Bespoke Sales, Lettings & Property Management recommended to me recently. I can only speak positively of the first class and professional service they provide. I have found them at all times to be responsive & attentive to my calls, emails, messaging etc. as well as being welcomed in their office. Dave & Sue have sold a property for me which I had expected to take some time however they had several interested buyers/investors interested within 24 hours of meeting with them. They wasted no time in marketing the property and from first meeting to concluding the sale was 7 weeks. I was very impressed with their service and attention to the sale, they worked at all times in my interests and kept me appraised of all aspects and progress of the sale. They always replied swiftly to my calls etc. and nothing was too much trouble for them. In speaking with Sue I was impressed by her knowledge and understanding of the letting market. As a result I decided to use their letting service to manage my properties and have again been very impressed and reassured by their attention to detail and most importantly understanding of the legal requirements of landlords in the letting market. After previous negative experiences with letting agents who acted dishonestly and deceitfully which I have since found left me vulnerable to legal redress by their shady workings I am for the first time confident that my tenants and I are being afforded a wholly transparent & professional service. Bespoke Lettings are acting at all times in the interests of both the tenant and landlord protecting us all with a sound understanding of legislation and legal requirements of letting. This includes for example: implementation of the legal requirements of Landlord Licensing, Deposit Protection Scheme and protection of the Property Redress Scheme. In conclusion, I look forward to a continued relationship with Sue and Dave and have no hesitation in recommending Bespoke Sales, Lettings & Property Management to anybody considering renting, letting, purchasing or selling.
