We were very pleased with the service that we received from Entwistle Green Formby in selling our late mother’s bungalow. After the first sale fell through they quickly remarketed the property and achieved a new sale at a higher price within days. A special mention for Harriet Robinson who was polite, positive and proactive throughout the sale process and made the selling experience a pleasure. She was always available and kept on top of any issues to make sure that they were considered and resolved in a timely manner. A real credit to the business. I would unhesitatingly recommend Entwistle Green to anyone else looking to buy or sell a property in Formby.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to the girls at Entwistle Green Formby. I never usually write reviews, however after receiving excellent service from start to finish throughout my house move, I felt it imperative to thank the staff. They went above and beyond to achieve an offer £30,000 over asking price and constantly kept me up to date throughout the process. They also helped me find my dream home. Sarah and Harriet have been professional and friendly throughout the whole process of buying and selling but a special mention must go to Alex who has gone the extra mile on our behalf almost daily to make our experience as stress-free as possible with constant liaison between ourselves, solicitors, purchasers and sellers. We were delighted to have instructed them to sell our property. Throughout the entire process, Alex was always on hand to answer our enquiries and continued to hold the pulse of the entire transaction; from the buyers and their conveyancers/ solicitors through to our own solicitors. I do believe without Alex's tenacity and good spirit, the transaction might have fallen through (certainly, it would have taken longer not for her constant engagement with the different third-parties).
