Georgia dealt with the sale of our house in Maghull. She was efficient, friendly and polite. When i had doubts she immediately acted in order to clear up queries and chased lawyers, buyer and other estate agent's. Due to living abroad, it was very important to have a responsible person who kept me updated by regular emails and calls and also regulated viewing and buyers visits for me. Very grateful and satisfied with the service received.

Having dealt with a lengthy sale due to a problematic sitting tenant which lead to a court case and then issues with the buyer, this branch and everyone in it deserves a medal. Kate and Steph the branch managers were super helpful. Catherine gave great advice when needed. Georgia was brilliant each time I rang up which was a lot towards the end of the sale. The lettings manager also deserves a mention as she was helpful with advice about my tenant staying past her eviction notice and was very knowledgeable.

This has been a life saver as a new landlord. She is consistently there with a rapid response and/or puts me in touch with whomever I need to directly deal with. I value her advice. Off the service I have received from her, I would recommend friends if/when they need a letting company. I changed from a previous company that was recommended to me because they did not offer me the contact I needed being abroad. Sarah giving me this level of service is the sole reason I chose entwhistle out of a range of other companies.
