Andrew did a great job in surveying the property we were looking to buy. He was quick with getting out to see the property and provided a really structured and detailed report which obviously meant we were well informed of the purchase. We would highly recommend the team.

Andrew and his team were fantastic. The speed with which they carried out our survey was impressive and really helped with a more speedy resolution of the conveyance. The report itself contained loads of useful detail, but in an easy to digest manner. We were easily able to identify the priority issues and this was both a great comfort and help in what could have been a stressful situation. Andrew was also there to answer follow up questions once we had answers from the seller and he was only too happy to help. Highly recommend.
