Our family stayed with Host So Simple at two different properties in Liverpool in June and July, and thoroughly enjoyed both our stays. The management staff was exceptionally responsive and the properties themselves were well-stocked, very clean, and conveniently located. Highly recommend!

Probably the best house to stay at in Liverpool. The most beautiful area, the best restaurants and bars. The house has very large rooms and a great space to hang out in large groups. My brother's family and my husband and our two kids stayed, and it was perfect.

Would fully recommend renting with Host So Simple. Stayed with them several times in two different apartments. Both stylish, very clean and in great central locations. If you do have a query the team are very quick to respond and resolve.

Booked one of their managed apartments and had a few issues with the property. Joe (the owner) contacted me directly on the phone and took responsibility and ownership of sorting out the issues. Can only go by the apartment being managed, not their property, and how the issues were dealt with. A business can only rely on the staff or agency they have employed for certain tasks. When they let the guests down, they also let the management company down. Joe seems to be genuine and honest when mistakes are made and holds his hands up. Wishing them every success as they continue and expand the business.

We stayed 2 nights in an apt overlooking the Mercy River which as a base was fine. The booking process and comms was not simple at all. - different forms to be filled in with credit card details - various emails that the place was not a party zone (while we explained upon booking we were a family with kids) this made us worry instead of feeling welcome. - Key pick up 10 mins from the apt not very convenient. The apt ifself: - not very clean - sofa broken - in the matresses you could feel the spirals The team of Host so Simple seems kind but did not give us the best possible experience.

I needed somewhere to stay for a night the day before booking and Katy, Joe and the team managed to sort me a nice place last minute and at a price I could afford. They know the high and low seasons better than anyone and as a result they are spot on with pricing. I’ve just bought a third property for them to manage and I’m sure they’ll do just as great a job with this one as they have with the first two. Once they have the keys I can sit back knowing they’ll manage every aspect of the lets without having to be bother me at all. Reviews for my properties have been exemplary so I know they offer as good a service to guests as they do to owners. They also go above and beyond whenever I ask anything of them. I live abroad and got repatriated home just before lockdown and needed somewhere to stay. A friend recommended Host So Simple as they’re apartments are centrally located and they have been amazing!!! Nothing has been too much hassle. They’ve been available 7 days a week to answer questions or help me when I locked myself out 🙈 and even got a washing machine plumbed in in time for my stay as they knew I’d be staying a while. Every interaction has been so professional and they couldn’t do enough, to make the stress of moving home easier for me. I can’t recommend them enough, they’ve been so lovely. Thank you Joe and Katy

I came to Katy & Joe around a year ago with the intention of investing in Liverpool. As I am based in London, I wanted to know how things would operate due to my location and the fact that Airbnb is a time intensive business. Not only do they look after my property well and earn a very high yield for me, they also go above and beyond what is expected of them - helping me out with a really complex unexpected maintenance issue that would have been a huge issue for me had I not had these guys on my side.
