My experience with L1 Lettings has been fantastic; the studios are great and the members of staff were so friendly and wonderful! I lived in their Bridgewater building for a year and I really enjoyed my stay. Everyone from the agents, maintenance team and concierge staff were extremely professional and lovely! Any issues I had were quickly and effectively resolved. The team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs as a wheelchair user, one of the many things they did was lower my letterbox in order for me to be able to access it, which I very much appreciated. Wish I could’ve stayed with them longer, I would 100% recommend L1 Lettings. Thank you L1 Lettings, for making my time with you so amazing!

Stayed at the L1 Building for a little over 3 years and had a wonderful time throughout. The support staff at the office (Tom, Michelle, Alice, Sammy, Rachael) have been forever helpful right from Skype viewing (as I was not in Liverpool at the time of apartment hunting) to arranging for moving at odd hours. Wouldn't even have to wait for a day to get a response from the team. The maintenance and concierge staff have also been very accommodating and are always there for you. Maintenance issues at the flat have been dealt with within 2-3 days on reporting. Amazing studios with plenty of storage and a great location.

Lived here from 2020-2021 during Covid-19 & lockdowns. The staff are extremely friendly, always offering help if you need it. They get involved in conversations, and there are competitions on the L1 Facebook page. The people who live in these building are considerate and friendly, and if an issue arises you can speak to the reception, or mention it in the Facebook group. It’s a mix of mature students and working professionals, allowing you to get to know lots of different people (Covid-19 permitting). Any maintenance issues get resolved fast, the studios are lovely and clean. The buildings are looked after well, and maintained often, with a new lick of paint etc. Packages arrive safely to the concierge where you get notified through WhatsApp that they are ready for collection . Allowing you to pick them up when convenient. There are lots of nice places around including cafes, Baltic Market, the city Center and the Albert Docks. Making it a cool place to live, with a short walking distance to lots of fun and interesting venues and to get out in nature. There are a few issues which include: the internet can be slow or sometimes stop working for up to an hour. There is no recycling available so unfortunately all rubbish has to go in the same bin, and ends up at landfill. There are also washing machines, slightly outdated that do the job, however the cost off these can add up fast. I was lucky to have quiet neighbours, however you can hear the use of taps etc through the wall, as they seem to be on the thinner side. All bills are included, but the studios are quite costly if you are living alone. If you share the studio with another, it can seem quite small, however they are comfortable, warm, modern looking and sleek. Furthermore, if you own a car, it can be very difficult to find parking. There are two roads which offer free parking, however if these are full you have to find space on the ‘limited hours’ parking, and move your car in the morning. Overall the whole experience has been nice, the staff are great and I would recommend living here, especially the Baltic 56 building.

Our experience with L1 lettings was nothing but exceptional!. The furnishings were of excellent standard, the flat was spacious and clean and the location was perfect. The staff were always kind and helpful. Michelle always responded to emails very swiftly and nothing was ever an issue. Maintenance staff were always on hand for any help we needed and they were always so friendly. If I was in a position to stay in Liverpool I would definitely have stayed with L1 lettings, and would recommend them to anyone moving to the city

Would really recommend staying here - living here during Covid-19 they have the place spotless. The staff are so friendly and whenever there has been slight maintenance issues they are quickly and easily resolved. My room is amazing and felt so homely. I have loved staying here!

Accommodation, agency & price totally recommended. My partner and I stayed for a year in a self-contained studio in Libertas whilst attending to university. Very well communicated with the Royal Albert Dock, city centre and university campus. The room had plenty of space for our own furniture, PC's and screens. The only issues you may encounter are poor internet and noisy neighbours - the walls are thin, so the noise never ceases. However, the agency staff has been always available to sort any of those issues - from nuisance, maintenance, mail to broadband problems. Special attention to Michelle & Sammy from the agency, and Jay from maintenance. Very nice people! For those from outside UK, I am from Spain and I am very aware of the difficulties of finding accommodation when you first arrive. The process with L1 Lettings is easy and the communication with the staff is excellent. They will not swindle you as other agencies try. They are transparent and effective. Again, totally recommended!

Great staff. When anything went wrong (repairs), the maintenance team were quick to respond. Very tidy environment, I enjoyed using their gym as well. Lastly excellent location, 10 minutes away from the main social spots, you are in the Baltic Triangle which is a suave location.

My experience with L1 lettings for almost two years was without a flaw from the beginning until the end. The staff was always extremely polite, professional and happy to help every time I had a query or needed support. Michelle, in particular, was always quick to respond to any problem that occurred, and from the beginning she was extremely patient dealing with the thousands questions that I always had, for which she is an angel. Also, the maintenance team (always friendly and respectful) was prompt anytime something needed to be fixed, and they never left until the problem wasn't solved. I was lucky from the moment I contacted them and I would rent from them again anytime. Thank you L1 lettings for the great experience and I will recommend you anytime 100%.

In a great area, all the staff are fantastic (especially Alice). Well worth the price you pay for the location an room size. I've had no issues with bad/noisy neighbours in the L1 Building and everyone is always friendly. I do wish they had better net but everything else is great!

Amazing place to live! Amazing landlords! 👏🏻😊 I had no issues living here. Place seemed small at first but I settled in perfectly and was surprised at how much space I actually had. The building was permanently quiet and had no problems with neighbours or street noise. If anything broke or wasn't working properly in my flat, landlords would deal with situation quickly and effeciently. Would definitely recommend living here!!!

Great studios, and greater service and staff. Very friendly and helpful. The quality of the studios are very good, and the prices are relatively lower than other places. They also offer some flexibility in tendency contracts, which is great if you want a short-term stay. Highly recommended.

L1 Upper floors I loved my 1st year living here, with no problems what so ever... (Friendly and helpful staff!! location is decent, nice views from windows, Internet okay to watch netflix HOWEVER.. the noisy couple upstairs who refuse to walk around their flat with any courtesy for others has ruined my final year living here -- The floors in the l1 upper are paper thin, so for the past 9 months I've been woken up CONSTANTLY, anywhere from 6am onwards by the elephant upstairs even after several complaints, knocks etc (you know who you are) So If you value sleep and sanity, get onto the top floor of the L1 building, or honestly look for another place, as the noise from upstairs has slowly driven me out of character.
