Great rental agency! The staff are honest and helpful. Andy, Vicky, and Karon were professionals. They are always easy to reach by phone or email. I have rented a townhouse from LPS for a little over a year and I have been happy. The move in and move out were a breeze. I have got my deposit back in about 3 weeks which is great. I have to say that this has been my first experience as a tenant renting a property with no major issues. LPS have been quick dealing with faults or broken appliances and replacing where required within the property. I’ve lived here for just over 3 years and and the landlord has done a bit where required too which I’m impressed with and hoping I can stay for as long as I can. Definitely big thumbs up!

5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had a lovely experience with LPS recently which I’d like to share. For context, I’m a renting tenant of one of their properties. Over the Christmas period, I lost my handbag which contained the keys to my home! This was a nightmare situation but luckily, I contacted the LPS emergency number from their website and someone came round within a few hours to give me access to my house again - even on Boxing Day! The process was quick with clear communication and an estate agent even took the liberty of bringing me keys to my work place. I’d like to thank LPS for all their help in such a stressful situation and would highly recommend their services.

Foolishly locked myself out of my bedroom in my house share last Saturday, and when ringing the emergency line I found out that LPS had closed at 3pm not 4pm as I had read online but the man I spoke to called Gareth willingly took time out of his own life on the Sunday to come round and unlock my door. Really appreciate his help and I'm thankful for the ease and speed of which he handled the situation. Staying professional even when off the clock.

My husband was the one who was dealing with this sale at the outset and I know he was quite frustrated by how slow the agents were to advertise the property and with the lack of communication. For instance, he rang several times and left messages but no-one rang back. Sadly my husband died and I then dealt with the agents myself. My own experience was better probably because I accepted the next offer that was made after his death, just wanting to get it sorted out. So I didn't get a good price but in the circumstances that was not an issue for me.
