M. V.I have bought a property through them. I have viewed many properties in Formby but I have to say they are the best estate agency in Formby. If one day I will decide to sell or rent my property I will hire them as they are very professional people. They have been all very helpful especially Sue who was very committed and did everything she could to complete the purchase within a very tight time limit. She liaised with me regularly. I never had to chase her to get information about the purchase. Sue and all the team have been very professional. I now live in my house and I am very happy as the house is beautiful and it is in a very desirable location. I strongly recommend Karen Parks Sales and Lettings if you want sell/purchase a property.
L. O.Lovely park, plenty to do if you don't want to stroll round. Play areas for the kids, crazy golf which was fun. Plenty of benches around to sit & people watch. The cafe & restaurant were nice, plenty of seating, staff were lovely & very helpful. You have to pay 20p to use the toilets so make sure you've got change !! There use to be lovely birds in the small aviary & rabbits & guinea pigs but that part of the park is a disappointment now. Good place to take the kids especially if the weather is half decent
