My resale experience & Daniel I would like to share my resale experience and it is so luckily that I met Daniel Chapman. He is one of the best I ever met. His responses are prompt and result-oriented (that is no doubt one of the thing that buyer and seller want). I believe that what most buyer and seller worrying about is that we aren’t not in the town and even overseas, many things we cannot control it and once we cannot get responses promptly, we don’t know how to do. Been working with this company for about 2 years plus before the development of the property, pre-construction/construction phase. OK. I used RW invest for a purchase in Liverpool at the what was off-plan Parliament Square development. When any company and their employees badger you for a reference or review, it stems from a confidence in themselves and their work. I like that sh it. I'm all about that sh it. RW invest, starting with what is now an ex-employee I believe in Tom, and subsequently Gary and Peter, my experience with these guys has been nothing short of impeccable. Great manner, great personas, Gary particularly going out of his way to accommodate any and all requests I had concerning the development and my purchase. I'm a very straight talking kinda guy, tell it lke it is all day every day. If these boys were useless, I'd tell em' to their face. They are however, the absolute opposite. Impeccable sales service through to after sales care with both Gary and Peter and I'm blessed and fortunate enough to have had them manage my acquisition. There aren't enough superlatives to give them really. Readily available over email, whats app and telephone call any time. Made the entire purchase procedure simple, smooth and effective throughout and they're an asset to this organisation. Whatever pay or commissions they're getting, I hope its enough. I run a couple of businesses out in Dubai, and staff / team members like this you retain at almost any cost. As a business owner large or small, you're only as good as your employees. And Gary and Peter are AAA Grade rated people. I cannot recommend them enough and be safe in the knowledge, that you’re dealing with total professionals and top fellas.

We recently got to see the flats we are buying at Parliament Square in Liverpool. We signed up for them off plan in 2019 when they were just a patch of bare earth so when COVID hit in 2020 we were somewhat anxious as to whether they would still get built when the world seemed to shut down. However construction continued and we got regular emails with pictures of the progress which was very reassuring although progress was understandably delayed. So we were excited to be able to go and see them last Tuesday and we were not disappointed. The ground floor was still very much a construction site but as soon as got out the lift on the 7th floor everything was pristine. When we entered our flats the furniture and appliances were even in place and electricity and water all working. The flats look brilliant and the quality of finish and materials looks great. We then got to see the top floor where the gym, sauna, lounge and spa are under construction . The view from up there is amazing and the giant jacuzzi/pool will be a great space to relax in and the gym will have the best views in Liverpool. Thanks to Peter for organising the visit and his colleagues Gary and Danny who helped show us round. They were all extremely friendly and helpful so we really couldn't fault the experience.

Fantastic support both pre and post sale This was my first investment with RW invest, and I found the team to be very helpful in finding the best deal which suited my needs/budget and easing any concerns. The solicitors suggested to use by RW invest (Prosperity Law) interface seamlessly and I would recommend using them (price was also very reasonable and the service quality was high). Interestingly I read some reviews suggesting the opposite pre investment, but it was certainly not my experience. What has been great, is that even after exchange, the information flow has been great, receiving frequent updates and even newsletters showing progress of the development and emails/calls checking in to ensure I have everything I need. Cant recommend RV invest highly enough, and would certainly use them again. Special mention to Ruairi who managed the sales and Lewis who is managing the after care.

I came across RS-Invest while looking for buy-to-let property on Zoopla. I approached them via enquiry form and got a call from RW-Invest sooner than other developers whom I have enquired. I have interacted with the Sales team initially when I was deciding to buy and the Client Care team during the buying process. The communications by the Sales team was absolutely fantastic in terms of information about the property, location, potential for growth, ongoing cost and ROI. As most of the communication happened through WhatsApp, the responses were almost instant. Even after missing an opportunity to buy a property, I was given a second chance after a buyer didn't respond. This helped me in purchasing the property within my budget as other properties are bit more on the expensive side. I was given break down of all the costs involved during the purchase and also for the running costs. As the property is under development, I was sold for the price below market value which helped me to compensate for the costs involved in buying the property like solicitor fees and the stamp duty. When I was about to purchase the property, I was assigned a client care team. All the documents I have to read and sign were arranged electronically in a secure manner which avoided postage and delays associated with it. Most of the communications were done through email and the updates were communicated through phone calls. There was a bit of a problem where the solicitors got my email id wrong which caused a delay in contract exchange. I hope the secure information which was shared in the email did not end up in wrong person's hands. Apart from that hiccup, the overall process in purchasing buy-to-let was smooth and everything happened through whatsapp, phone calls & emails. For peace of mind, before any payments I visited the construction site and ensured the property and builders are legitimate.

Before I made contact with RW Invest I had a frustrating few months using estate agents to find an investment property, who were mostly uncommunicative and unhelpful. In contrast, from the first time I contacted RW Invest the service that I recieved was outstanding. This is (to a degree) an unusual review because I have actually had a bad experience and RW Invest both introduced me to and sold me the buy to let investment that has caused this bad experience. However, this issues and problems experienced were not caused by RW Invest and they have gone a long way to sorting these issues out, as I will explain below. The investment that I have gone into on this occasion is a remote by to let residential property investment on an off-plan basis. I am going to address the building company and solicitors mentioned below in their own reviews, so I am not naming them here. I don’t even want them in the vicinity of a five star review. Suffice to say that the service from the conveyancers recommended by the developer has been appalling and the developers have been uncommunicative, deceitful and hugely disorganised. This investment was sold to me by RW Invest and thus you may ask - why am I giving them five stars for such a sale or alleged opportunity? My reason is that throughout what has been a stressful and difficult period of 26 months, RW Invest have been consistently helpful, communicative and supportive. They have kept to deadlines, returned calls and been detailed and professional in all my dealings with them. They have also advocated on my behalf with the developer, getting me information and moving things forward when my own solicitors failed to do. I want to give particular praise to Daniel Stewart, their Client Relations Manager based at their Liverpool office. To give some context, I found this investment in October 2016 and started communicating with RW Invest via one of their sales team named Adam. Initial contacts were good - there was no hard sell and all the information I asked for in order to allow my research and due diligence was provided. Further calls or contact appointments were at my request, with appointments kept. I paid a deposit in late 2016 and exchanged in early 2017 with a building and completion schedule laid out. It was after this that the problems started but also when RW came into their own. In short, the development went over-schedule substantially. These things happen and I accept that property investment is rarely completely smooth sailing. However, it was then over the next 15 months that the developer and my solicitor proved to be utterly useless at best and deceitfully collusive at worst. I recontacted RW Invest and was put through to Daniel, who has been in constant contact ever since and is in my view largely responsible for the eventual completion of this purchase without me and others pulling out. Daniel has provided information and support, chased up information and processes on my behalf and even assisted me with getting erroneous fees corrected by own solicitor. In short, Daniel particularly and RW Invest more widely have provided an excellent service, even after they have presumably collected commission as brokers/sellers as I had already paid my deposit and exchanged. I will absolutely not be dealing with the developer or the solicitors again and will actively seek out review sites to reflect this view in the hope that others don’t get involved with them in future and have a similar experience to me. I would however deal with RW Invest again, as a company that fights like this for a customer and for it’s own good name after it already has your money is rare indeed. Would recommend.
