Couldn’t fault our experience with Whitegates! Would highly recommend, especially if you’re first time buyers. Josh supported us from the very beginning of the process. He booked the viewing for us, advised to to see their in house mortgage adviser Aidan who was so helpful and has supported us throughout the whole process, all the way through to pushing the sellers solicitors for a completion date and getting the contracts exchanged. Josh has been amazing, he communicates really well with us and the seller and also contacts solicitors for us if we’re unable to get in contact with them. Josh recommended our solicitors to us and they have also been amazing. They have made the process as stress free as possible. Joshua was excellent in all aspects of the sale - he negotiated with the sellers, kept us informed, communicated with us quickly and efficiently and even stayed in the office an hour and a half late on a Friday night to secure the deal. His emails and calls were clear and concise and he kept in touch with us every second of the way. After constantly watching the market for the last 18 months trying to buy our first home we know you have to strike whilst the iron’s hot at the minute. We contacted Whitegates the same day, they offered us a viewing of the property for the day after on Thursday, we submitted an offer to the vendor on Friday and then we found out that our offer had been accepted on Saturday. We began the Conveyancing process yesterday and have today paid for a surveyor. Whitegates have made the process much easier than what we assume it could be and the speed in which it has been dealt with so far by them has been remarkable.
