Absolutely phenomenal, which is atypical within my own experience of looking for a home to let. From viewing to the signing of tenancy agreement, Serkan was honest, reliable and knowledgeable. A few weeks before we were supposed to sign the contracts and move into the property social lockdown occurred. Having to go through a moving process with someone like Serkan Abidin as your real estate agent makes things a lot easier. He says things like they are, doesn't try to embilish just for the sake of it. He immediately comes off as a serious and reliable professional and that's pretty much all you need at this point. I've seen other flats with other real estate agents that had everything going for them but the agents at the time left a real sour after taste that actually made me rethink the whole thing.
