R. L.I have let a one bedroom flat twice using Absolute Living as agents since 2019. They have always responded promptly with accurate information, organised all necessary checks and paperwork swiftly and been professional, helpful and courteous to myself and tenants. This has been a much better experience than I have had when using some larger agent chains.
L. L.Only had the chance to use Absolute Living briefly during a transition period, but I found them to be a very friendly and thoughtful outfit. Shakil certainly knew the local area well. The previous property owner had used them for several years beforehand as well and couldn't recommend them enough.
S. Y.First Class Letting Agent. I've used this agency to market and rent out a number of my properties for years. All of them are polite, honest and keep you updated with any potential viewings and feedback. They are flexible and easy to get on with. Having had for the first time a dishonest tenant in one of my properties this agency have stood by me and handled the situation with diplomacy and care. Needless to say that tenant has been thrown out and will probably lose his job as a result of his conduct.
Some tenants pass the ref and credit checks but no one can ever know what a tenant is really like until you have to deal with them!
