I chose Acorn to sell my house because it is a name I know in Lewisham and know that they know the area and are professional. Initially, several members of the selling team were involved, all helpful, professional and knowledgeable. As the sale progressed, Arikson took the lead. I live nearby so often popped in for reassurance and to ask questions. All were welcoming and friendly and were able and willing to answer my questions and concerns, no matter how trivial or silly. Whilst the process for selling our flat and buying a house was not straight forward and induced higher levels of stress than having children, it was comforting and made less painful knowing we had the support, empathy and commitment from our estate agent (Arikson Franco). There were multiple occasions where our chain looked like it was going to fall through and Arikson went above and beyond to make sure that didn’t happen - including proactively engaging with buyers lower down in the chain where their own estate agents where not doing their part. I cannot recommend Ross Reed at Acorn Lewisham enough. We had used other agents to try to sell our property previously and found the experience extremely frustrating.
