f.I first let my property with Acorn, plumsted Common in 2018. I had previously let with another agent in the area and ended up with an awful tenant. However, my experience with Acorn was second to none. Always kept on top of everything and absolutely never a single problem with the tenant. The management was fantastic and professional. When I decided to sell, Acorn were my go to agent. Their fees are fantastic for the service I received- I never felt worried or concerned about the process because they kept me informed the whole time. James and his team deserve 10/ 10 for their integrity , Professionalism, customer service and overall client dedication. Wholeheartedly recommend them for letting and selling.
