We are a first time buyers and went to a lot of properties with different agents. We can say that thanks to Ali Enver from Acorn in Plumstead we have finally found the house we wanted. He has been really supportive all along the process with a close and nice approach towards us. He has made our search smoother and helped us getting our offer accepted with the owner of the house. Freddie was the 2nd Real Estate Agent to value the property. The thoroughness of his review with valuing and questions were impressive. He was asking all the right questions for a potential buyer. I could tell he was knowledgeable about layouts and potential expansion. The previous agent didn't ask any questions other than what my plans were and what I wanted. We all know agents get their commission via the seller, but in order to get that commission you have to understand your buyers. Freddie does. In fact, whilst he was doing the valuation he called a potential buyer to come to the house right then and there. They didn't take it but the house was sold 2 weeks later, way ahead of my expectations in the current market. Freddie was realistic on sale price and had the evidence to back up his valuation. It was a little bit more than I expected and he achieved it! The team at Acorn that helped complete this sale were also very professional, attentive and on the ball. Could not recommend Acorn highly enough!
