Rav and Rollo at Agent & Homes made the process of selling and moving from our 30-year Notting Hill home a smooth and friendly experience. Nothing was too much trouble. They gave a level of personal help and consideration rare in the cut-throat and target-driven world of today's central London estate agents. I cannot recommend them too highly.

Charlie Crane was exceptional from start to finish during the sale of our property. He suggested a sensible marketing price, backed up by plenty of local comparable evidence, and within hours of the property being live had communicated what viewings were booked in and the profiles of the applicants. We received multiple offers and had to go to best and final offers before Charlie talked us through these thoroughly so we could make our own decision. Once the offer was accepted he kept us in close contact on the progress of the sale which went through seamlessly even though we were in the middle of a global pandemic and London's restrictions were tightening daily. We could not recommend Charlie more, great result from a personable, bubbly, brilliant agent; thank you Charlie!

Will Colin really went above and beyond to sell our place in Battersea. We were unlucky to have 2 buyers pull out as we were waiting for a probate. Will then did his own research and found out that we could appoint a trustee for the probate. This is would allow a buyer to buy our house and speed up the sale. Something our solicitor didn't even think of at the time... Apart from that when the earlier buyers pulled out he immediately contacted his previous leads and got them in for a viewing. In so doing we managed to keep the chain in tact and buy the place we wanted. This was all during Covid so as you can imagine it was tricky and not ideal circumstances. I cant recommend him enough

Called on tuesday through zoopla booked at viewing for 5pm thursday was told I would be contacted about a confirmation, never was so emailed wednesday evening and then called Thursday morning, spoke to someone at the main switch board who passed on my message then recieved a text from emma bennell to be told nope now viewing you must have called another agent , I replied say no I have the listing from zoopla and have found it on your page aswell definitely was agent and home , tried calling multiple times to then receive another text saying she was in a meeting and to stop calling as I didnt have an appointment!! Customer service is shocking to bot even try to resolve the issue or even speak to me ! I have changed my review as the CEO called me this evening and apologised and said he will be dealing with this personally. He seemed very apologetic and concerned about the way I was treated. Thank you for calling to rectify this issue Then today the head of letting called and was so lovely and helpful it shows what the company is really like !
