A. B.We sold our terraced house on the Dover House estate in late 2021 with Alan Fuller. Throughout the whole process, they were really helpful, friendly and easy to get in touch with. Their valuation visit (done by Liz) was thorough but clearly well informed and they knew the area really well.
Once we'd agreed to use them, they were always proactive, but also were very reasonable in arranging visits etc. around our day-to-day lives. Most of our dealings throughout were with John and it was always a pleasure to talk to him.
Once we had agreed a sale, John was supportive and a clear communicator, with both good advice and regular updates on the progress.
All in all, we thought they were excellent and would definitely recommend them.

For renting Allan Fuller don't take bids for their properties so if you have a seen a property and decide you want to rent it you simply pay a holding deposit and they cancel all further viewings. M. G.It's a great pleasure to review Che from Allan Fuller. Che has done an amazing job in helping us out to rent a flat in Putney, and therefore we went back to him for our second flat. He is knowledgeable and offered properties that met our criteria. Unlike other agents, Che did not pursue us to view other flats that do not match our criteria or try to convince us to like something different. In addition, Che is honest and transparent, objectively presenting the conditions of the properties which helped us to make a quick decision between flats according to what was important for us. He is very responsive to emails and always there to solve our doubts. He is keen to help us even when our questions are directed to someone else with a different role, but they have not replied to us. Che is very professional and communicates with us when he has something relevant to say, whether to inform us about a new flat on the market, to convey message from the landlord, or to make sure that we are alright after we have moved to the new place. Again, unlike other agents, he is not imposing himself to us, convincing us to make an offer, or ask about our viewing with other agents. Thus, he is very professional and efficient.
Importantly, Che is very polite and friendly, making the property search and moving in process less stressful.

My only regret is that I didn't go with Allan Fuller the first time round. Everything went really smoothly with my sale and they were excellent in giving me advice for my own purchase through another estate agent in a different part of London. Their valuations are correct and their vetting of buyers thorough. I would definitely recommend selling your property through them, they're head and shoulders above their competitors in the Putney and Fulham area.
