I have rented a room at the beginning of the year. The landlord was supposed to carry out some works in the room before I moved in. On my move in date the room was far from being in good condition. Anish, the agent, help me dealing with the landlord and took over the maintenance work in order to fix all the issues with in the less time possible. I am very happy with the service provided and it is good to know that there are still letting agents that care about the tenants. 5 stars.
