They are very good. I have been staying in a 2 bedroom studio with a friend and things cannot be better. Amber and co had no troubles with all the requests we had and found us our new "home" in less than a week and it was fine from there. We moved in shortly after and my neighbours are clean and nice. We have had a minor problem where a key broke and it was a bit of a faff but Amber took control over the whole thing and replaced it free of charge. They are wonderful.

Amber (and Zai in particular) were excellent during the wholesale process going well beyond what was expected. We gave a tight timescale for completion and it would simply not have gone through without Zai invaluable help which removed a huge amount of stress from a 20 December exchange and 22 December completion. Separately, the photographs were amazing and fully resulted in multiple offers within 1 week of 'going live'.

I've been looking for a suitable and affordable place to stay in the center of London, many estate agents have been egging me on that i should take what they have, but when i visited Amber i told them my requirements and they showed me many properties matching my requirements, arranging viewing was very professional and on time, the agent i met was Lucia, kept it very professional showing me around the apartment outlining it's cons and pros unlike other agents in the past who would bully me into taking the property which i do not want, once i agreed to take the apartments the contract signing was very professional and done in honest manor outlining all their T&C, once i've received the keys i've been receiving calls from them every month asking how i'm settling in and if everything is well. Would highly recommend then to anyone looking to move to London.
