They were very understanding when we had to postpone viewings due to quarantine, and did not pressurise us to sign any apartment without seeing it first. When unfortunately our desired apartment was no longer available - which was absolutely none of their fault - they provided a more than satisfactory alternative.
Setting up the tenancy was smooth and once moved in, they have been nothing but helpful and reliable, resolving minor issues we encountered at the flat as soon as possible and to our full satisfaction. They truly made us feel at home from the start.
