I lived at one of their properties for some years and have always had a good experience. Dean and Jaime were so over the top when any issue would arise at the house and they were quick in fixing anything that needed fixing. They also offer the option to protect your deposit and are always complying with the safety regulations -like fire regulations. I do recommend this agency.

Jamie oversaw the total refurbishment of our flat, along with the addition of a loft - no mean feat! The whole procedure was handled seamlessly, culminating in the sale of the flat. I switched to Andrews & Stacey after KFH failed to find me a new tenant after 3 months in W12. Jamie found perfect tenants within 3 days and had them moved in within the week. He has also been very quick to act when maintenance is needed at the property. A new door lock was fitted within a day, an electrician was also found on the day a problem occurred, and he has also helped with installing a fire extinguisher. He's also a lovely, approachable guy who is down to earth and happy to help. Couldn't be happier with my experience with them.
