Viewing was arranged for the next day at a convenient time to me. Agent was waiting when I arrived early. We made an offer and the agent's replies were prompt, courteous and professional. After offer acceptance the whole process was smooth and streamlined. All queries were answered with speed and knowledge. Agents have been good since move in with any queries and keeping all certificates etc. up-to-date. Highly recommend.

We rented an apartment through Andrews Southfields on a short term basis whilst our property was being renovated and the owner sold whilst we were there. We also purchased a property through this branch in 2018, so we're in the slightly strange position as to have a broad range of experience with them. Shannae was really helpful in negotiating and securing our tenancy - comms with the owner were prompt and efficient. I had responses to my queries before I had even thought to chase them up - nothing was too much trouble. The team were also great at communicating regarding the sale of that property too - I think we had the grand total of three viewings. From the property management side of things I only wish that all our queries could have gone directly through Shannae, as she is such a pleasure to work with. Whilst we had a patchy experience with our purchase in 2018 the team is totally new since then and I would not hesitate to work with them in future.

Hey everybody! This is not a one-off review. I have 5 solid years of experience with Andrews who manages my one-bedroom flat in Putney. I also have preliminary experience with selling. Read on..... The Southfields office has an amazing team that is professional and efficient. But here is what I like best: - the Branch Manager, Tomasz Faba, is a wonderful human being. He leads by example. He is attentive to clients' needs, solves problems easily, and very easy to talk to. As they say, it all starts at the top... - the supporting team is great. Michelle, Shannae and many others operate like a close-knit family. They are a happy bunch who work to ensure you have a seamless experience. Thank you guys! If you want to buy or sell your place, Pietro is the best person to contact. I spoke with him a few months ago about selling. I was so impressed - no pressure, no 'hard-sell' talk - just plain, honest advice. So, if you want to buy, sell or rent, ask for Tomasz or Pietro. I have 100% confidence in them!

Julie found a buyer for my house without it ever going on the market. I wasn't planning to sell immediately but she rang and said she had someone in mind, and I agreed to a viewing. The buyers were the only people who looked at the house, and the sale (at the full asking price) went through without a hitch. Julie's communication and helpfulness were excellent throughout. James, in charge of lettings, presented clear options, which are quite flexible for landlords, and documentation that showed all the details one needs to know.
