They now manage my property and I have found them to be very efficient especially with repairs, improvements and maintenance. They seem to be much more competitive in the Ealing area as I have been surprised by their lower charges compared to other letting agencies. What pleases me the most is their combined letting and management commission rate and the big bonus is they do not charge a tenancy agreement renewal fee with the same tenants during the management.
