I found the agency online as I used to walk past their office when I was a previous student at Middlesex University. I was looking to move and turned to Ashmore and Co for help to find the perfect studio flat. I spoke to Mohamed who was really helpful and professional. Viewed the perfect studio flat and after 1 week and 3 days I had the keys and moved in! Mohamed supported me and kept me updated during the whole process and had continuous communication via email and phone. I couldn't be happier in my new place and can't thank Ashmore and Co enough, especially Mohamed! Recommend 100%

We are renting through Ashmore & Co for a few years and are very happy with service they provide. Our landlady is very hard to reach, but Phillip is always very helpful and dealing with any problems, if we have any with our property. He even came himself in the late hour in freezing temperatures to help fix the boiler when it was freezing and the outside pipes frozen! That for me is outstanding service and going beyond his duties! Highly recommended!

I had a horrible situation happening to me where the landlord I was supposed to move backed out 1 day before receiving the keys from him.This happened with another top lettings agency which starts with F. For 2 weeks we were continuously searching(and living in an Airbnb) for a new house and finally we found it through Ashmore & Co and more importantly through Mohamed. I am on multi agency contract to let out my flat. While another agent successful let out my flat for me , ashmore agent become angry and refused to return me my house keys . I find this very unprofessional to use my keys as a ransom. This problem has just been resolved by Philip , the director , who has gone the extra miles to rectify it . I appreciate Philip taken it seriously and following it through . Now I have the key back and will use ashmore again in future.
