My estate agent Harry Foster was without a doubt the best estate agent I’ve worked with. He was very friendly, punctual, responsive to emails and calls and didn’t bat a eyelid at my daily calls to check on the progress of the house. In the viewing stage, he didn’t put any pressure on us to make a decision quickly and he ran through the process with us several times very clearly and the whole experience was very reassuring and ran smoothly. He also wore a mask and stayed his distance which was greatly appreciated. I’ve moved many times in the last few years and had lots of different estate agents and Akinson McLeod are the best I’ve used by a mile. I’ll be using them from now for every house move. Highly recommend Harry in particular but the company as a whole, very pleased with the whole process.

Eva Bouzaki has good local knowledge and contacts and found buyers for both my son's flat and ours, both London, despite Brexit uncertainty and issues about cladding on our building. We had considered letting as a 'plan B' before we decided to sell and Charlie Hodge of Atkinson McLeod was very helpful in that respect. However, Eva came up with buyers so we went with 'plan A', which was to sell. I wish the solicitors had been as good as Eva - we had to keep driving the lawyers on and there was a bit of a lack of knowledge on their part which we found somewhat scary. Anyway, we highly recommend Eva to sell your property. She is confident, calm and an excellent communicator. A safe pair of hands.

I had a very good service with Claire Oki. She was highly professional from day one of meeting her at the office. She did really try for me to get a property for rent but the bidding was high and unfortunately she failed to secure one for me. I am not flattering but i have never met an estate agent before who was friendly and helpful like Claire. Even though I got another property the one I am renting right now but I believe in future I will use Atkinson McLeod again when I will be looking for a property to rent.

First time I had used Atkinson McLeod as a tenant (or other). Didn’t really know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Claire Oki is the Lettings Manager that dealt with us – she was very professional, efficient and reasonable. She still is, now that we’ve moved into the flat (based in Lower Clapton). Would highly recommend, they have some beautiful properties.

We met with Matt just once at a viewing, proposed an offer, negotiated a deal, signed a contract and moved in. The process was quite fast and efficient so Matt is a very good agent. However the flat we moved into was not cleaned properly as we agreed to, there are some other technical problems with the flat (heating does not work, loose shelves etc) and it takes ages for the agency to sort them out which we are not pleased about. It is not Matt's fault since he does not deal with the tenants after signing the contract.

Letting agents do not always get the credit they deserve, for me as a landlord, the service i require is find me a tenant service, Claire is a credit to her company, she displays true professionalism and tenacity especially when dealing with a difficult customer like myself. All my calls was returned in a timely manner, all viewings were conducted without issues, and with her dedication a suitable tenant was found. The whole process was seamless and without issues, thank you Claire.

Good service by Claire Oki and her lettings team (Aaron and James). Collectively, they were able to get me two offers in two days and Claire diligently followed up with the contract work. They were also willing to go the extra mile, in assisting with a furniture delivery on the first day of the new tenancy, to smooth the settling in process for the new tenants. Thanks.

The agent who was assisting us in our property hunt, Vincent Bronhard, has been very helpful, professional and really careful listening to our needs, trying to fit them at best. Me and my friends been looking for 4 bedroom flat to rent in Hackney and the advert from AtkinsonMcLeod came across gumtree. I arranged a viewing with Vincent for the same day. Unfortunately the property wasn't exactly what we were looking for, but we quickly clarified what we actually need and Vincent suggested different house. At the end of the day we changed our minds and decided to live separate so we didn't rent any flat, but if we would, we would wait for the right one from AtkinsonMcLeod. Vincent is a good egg.
