The Admin is very poor.Their communication is very poor. At the hand over, no one bothered to attend the hand over. No reference were ever supplied even after 10 days of hand over.The Sales person Emily was very rude. I wanted to nominate a company for deposit money but they have deposited the deposit money of their own choice. They treat customers like a liability. They wanted UPFRONT MONEY TO COVER THEIR COSTS RATHER THAN TAKING OUT FROM THE RENT COLLECTED FROM THE TENANTS FOR SOME INITIAL MONTHS. THAT MEANS THEY WANTED ME TO BORROW FROM THE BANK TO PAY £5,000 PLUS COMMISSION ON THE DAY THE TENANTS PAY ME A RENTAL OF £1635 PER MONTH ON 2 BED ROOM FLAT AT SW9 AREA.

London is not an easy place to find a flat to rent in and we weren't looking forward it. However, Ieva from AM made it really easy. She was super helpful and very friendly throughout the process. We got the second flat we saw with AM only because of Ieva - she allowed us to put a deposit on the flat before we saw it as I couldn't make the viewing. We would never have got the flat without her help. She was also willing to show us round the flat a second time and then arranged for us to meet the landlord and take some measurements before we moved in, making the painful moving process a lot less painful! There are other things about AM we don't like e.g. extortionate agent fees, and we are reserving judgement on the 'property management' process, having only been here for 2 weeks. But so far, everyone we have actually spoken to at AM (rather than email) has been helpful, polite and friendly.
