I have been staying at one of Atlas managed property for over 2 years now and the whole experience has been pleasant. In this wide web of rental market in London, Atlas is a hidden gem where not just they manage the properties to the highest standards but also take care of any service requests. Aida our property manager is very attentive and perhaps the biggest reason I continue to be here. She is very hard working and her attention to detail is par none. Even during the difficult covid times, her responsiveness was surprisingly quick and making sure of the tenants well-being is well adhered to. She liaises very well with other teams at work and is an excellent brand ambassador for Atlas. Thank you Aida and Atlas team.

It was really easy and stress free renting a property through Atlas. Any maintenance issues, we just called up their maintenance team and it was fixed in 48 hours. They were also really understanding when it came to us breaking our lease a month early and did not charge us anything for it. We also received all of our deposit back. They are a lot better than some landlords and have some lovely maintained properties. To the person complaining about the deposit a new law came in place last year where the deposit can only be used towards unpaid rent or returned in full to the tenant, it cannot be used for anything else so I would seek legal advice on that one
