Arranged our rental very quickly. Thankfully we had video tours before hand so we could review the place virtually during quarantine. AskTili service was not the best as it inadvertently switched energy supplier adding a lot of unnecessary paperwork.

I have been dealing with Alicia and I feel very lucky ! She listened to our needs / must have / really want and presented us with a few suitable properties. When we found the one we wanted, she was great at getting answers quickly from the landlord for us and took the time to describe everything to us and to make sure we were comfortable with everything before proceeding. Alicia was an absolute wonder to liaise with and she made the entire process of looking for a flat and then signing the contract flawless during the pandemic so imagine when such circumstances are not applicable how amazing she must be :) Everyone I spoke with at Hetheringtons were always super pleasant and eager to help - great communicators, a great little agency who works hard to make their customers happy, we cannot thank Alicia enough, we are over the moon in our new property !!!
