When I met Holly for the first time, I was impressed by the professional, thorough and realistic approach to selling a property which she demonstrated, which inspired confidence. In practice, once I selected her and Bairstow Eves (Southgate) to find a buyer, these - high - expectations were fully met. From the outset, Holly set to work quickly to market the property to show its full attributes and potential, she then managed the buying process fairly and professionally, including competing offers, and she was also accessible and responsive to my queries during the whole process. The result was an exchange of contracts at a bit above our target price two months after she put the property on the market - an excellent result! He is polite, respectful and very friendly. He is a delight to talk to and I have no desire to deal with anyone else in his office, although I am sure they are all good. Finding a competent letting management is quite a roller coaster ride!! I had my property on the market for rent nearly a year with some other estate agent but unfortunately they could not get me a tenant. March are Holly the best agents in town by a mile... if you want to quickly sell your property and achieve full market value this is the place to go... Due to solicitors taking time asking questions that had been asked on numerious occasions I was getting really fed up with the constant delays and was seriously thinking of pulling out of the sale however after speaking to Lorna at the Southgate office I held back and let her try to sort things out (I didn’t hold much hope that she could get anything done) BUT she sorted it out within one and a half days she made it her mission to get the exchange done and she accomplished this perfectly The only reason I held back was because she was efficient direct and when she encountered problems came back to me repeatedly to sort things out and keep me updated on the progress as it happens all the paperwork was with the buyers solicitor and she had to point this out to them repeatedly the buyer also pointed this out to their solicitor as he was getting as frustrated as I I can highly recommend Lorna she alone saved this sale and I hope the buyers will also leave her a good review as they would still be arguing with their solicitor if it wasn’t for her intervention Thankyou Lorna you deserve a promotion LW
