Outstanding Service I don't usually write a review but on this occasion it felt it was fitting as I recently moved into a new property thanks to the help of Jordan Hagger at Bairstow Eves. Hands down the best letting agent I have experienced working with. We felt the estate agent worked really hard to negotiate an arrangement that satisfied both the landlord and tenant. Jordan had a kind and engaging approach to us as tenants and made the difficult process of searching for a new home much easier as a result. Communication was very professional and easy. I have had such an easy and reassuring experience with Bairstow Eves. I’m about to embark on my first solo tenancy after 11 years in London with friends and, as you can imagine, I’ve experienced the good, the bad and the ugly of estate agents over this time. I was nervous and apprehensive about doing this alone, but now I feel like I’m in safe hands. I met my estate agent, Sea, at the very first property I viewed in my search. We discussed how I loved the flat but that it would likely be out of budget, which is ordinarily be where most estate agents would lose interest, but not in this case. Karl was our first point of contact and was great and very pro from the initial phone call. Lovely to deal with, he answered our many questions and gave us great advice. We ended up renting one of the properties he showed us. Dealing with him and the paperwork was quite easy and communication went well. I would point however that somewhere in the Middle of our offer being accepted with references completed and us signing the agreement there was a bit of limbo where we were not sure what was happening and had to call the agency to understand where things were. On the day we went to take the keys to our new place, the whole team at the agency was lovely to deal with, special thanks to Clair!

Dealt mostly with Daniel and Anita - happy to accommodate extra viewings and put things to our seller immediately that we needed to sort. Sometimes difficult to get on the phone because they are so busy, but once you do they were keen to sort things for us immediately as clients. Other office staff also very helpful including putting up with me for 3 hours in the office on the completion day waiting for our keys to come through (soliciting delays, nothing to do with Bairstow). All in all the purchase was relatively quick and concerns or queries answered quickly - often it can feel like agents are siding with their sellers, but that certainly wasn’t the case here.
