My first choice of an agent for residential properties is Barbara Gibson Properties. They have proved to be consistently friendly, honest and efficient in dealing with landlords and tenants.

The landlord pulled out of the going ahead with this let. Responding to Kathrin Niederschmidt. we apologise that you felt we didn't get back to you - this wouldn't have been intentional. You enquired on the 30/3/2019. We had taken a holding deposit on the 22/2/19- and the flat was clearly marked "Under offer" on our website.
